By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the services provided by Kanhaiya Lal Gupta Smriti Bhawan, managed by Mathur Vaishya Jan Kalyan Trust, Varanasi.


1. Booking Policy

a) All reservations made through https://klgsmritibhawan.com are direct bookings with Mathur Vaishya Jan Kalyan Trust, Varanasi.

b) Guests are advised to carefully review the Booking, Refund, and Cancellation Policies before making a reservation. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the applicable charges and penalties for modifications or cancellations.


2. Check-in Requirements

a) Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar card, PAN card, passport) and the payment confirmation at the time of check-in.

b) The person whose name the booking is made under must be present during check-in unless otherwise authorized in writing.


3. Payment & Additional Charges

a) All applicable taxes and fees will be charged as per government regulations.

b) Any additional services or inclusions not listed in the booking details (e.g., extra bed, food services, special arrangements) will incur separate charges payable at the property.


4. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

a) Standard check-in and check-out times apply unless specified otherwise at the time of booking.

b) Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Refundable bookings canceled within the allowed cancellation window (see Refund Policy) are eligible for refunds after deducting applicable bank/processing charges.

b) Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 2–4 weeks. This timeline depends on the policies and processing times of your bank or credit card provider.

c) No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations beyond the refund period.


6. Conduct & Responsibility

a) Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the sanctity of the premises.

b) The management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if guests engage in unlawful activities or disrupt the environment.

c) Any damage to property caused by the guest during their stay must be compensated for as determined by the management.


7. Liability Disclaimer

The Trust and its representatives shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

  • Delays or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).


8. Amendments

Kanhaiya Lal Gupta Smriti Bhawan reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
