1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their bookings within 24 hours of the reservation to be eligible for a full refund.
Eligibility: To process a refund, guests must provide valid proof of identity and the original booking confirmation.
Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of the management. These situations include, but are not limited to:
Cancellations made after the 24-hour window but before 48 hours of the scheduled check-in.
Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies.
2. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Guests will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time:
Check Your Bank Account: Ensure that the refund hasn’t been credited.
Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: There might be processing delays on their end.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
